The bearer of an AKNP gift certificate is entitled to merchandise, including the cost of shipping that merchandise and all applicable taxes, from AKNP in the amount of the certificate in Canadian funds. The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit. The certificate is not redeemable for cash and is not valid for prior purchases.

An AKNP gift certificate expires after one year from the date of purchase and is not subject to replacement. When the certificate is redeemed, it is understood that the bearer has informed him/herself of and is bound by all the Terms & Conditions on the AKNP website.

Receipt & Verification of The Original Gift Certificate

Before you complete our simple fine-art Purchase Order, please note that orders against gift certificates will not be filled until AKNP has received and verified the original gift certificate.

Lost or stolen gift certificates should be reported immediately. AKNP cannot replace a gift certificate that is reported lost or stolen after we’ve received it and actually processed an order against it.

Purchase Order

It’s easy to redeem your gift certificate. Simply submit a completed Purchase Order for the print(s) you would like. The “Purchase Order - Fine Art” provides space for you type in the Gift Certificate No. and the amount of the certificate that you will be redeeming.

Confirmation

After submitting your completed P.O., we will send you an email to:

- confirm our receipt of your order,
- confirm the details of your order, and
- invoice the total amount of your order (INCLUDING applicable taxes and shipping and   handling fees) LESS the amount of your gift certificate.

This Confirmation/Invoice Email is sent to you within a week, unless for example we are in the field and cannot be reached.

If the total amount of your purchase, including shipping and taxes, is less than the amount of the certificate, AKNP will not refund the balance or open and credit an account for you. If the total amount of your purchase, including shipping and taxes, is more than the value of the certificate, you have two options for paying the balance.

Online Payment of Any Balance Owing

Our Confirmation/Invoice Email will contain a “Pay Now” button for any balance on your order after deducting the amount of your gift certificate. You can make your online payment using a credit card or bank debit card. It’s easy. Just follow the prompts. By clicking the “Pay Now” button, you will be connected to AKNP’s Pay Pal account. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT to complete the transaction. You are simply transferred to Pay Pal’s system so that all your personal information can be encrypted with industry-leading security tools while your payment is safely processed into AKNP’s account. Payment Through The Mail of Any Balance Owing

Simply reply to our Confirmation/Invoice Email by stating that you will be mailing in any balance on your order along with your original gift certificate. Make your cheque or money order payable to AK Nature Photography.

Delivery

For delivery of your new artwork, please allow three to six weeks upon our receipt and verification of your:
- original gift certificate and
- payment of any balance owing on your order.

Please note that deliveries will not be sent to a P.O. Box and that AKNP is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Fine art damaged en route should be returned to AKNP immediately. As well as replacing the damaged artwork, we will refund the client’s costs for shipping the damaged artwork back to AKNP.
