You will find the PURCHASE ORDER BELOW easy to complete.
After submitting your completed P.O., we will send you an email to:
- confirm our receipt of your order,
- confirm the details of your order, and
- invoice the total amount of your order INCLUDING applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees.
This Confirmation/Invoice Email is sent to you within a week, unless for example we are in the field and cannot be reached.
Once you have received the Confirmation/Invoice Email, you then have the option of processing your payment online or, if you’d rather not conduct financial transactions online, through the mail. Details are provided below.
If you do not have regular access to the Internet, you can place your order by phone at
and we will process the order once we have received your payment through the mail.
Payment Online
Our Confirmation/Invoice Email will contain a “Pay Now” button. You can make your online payment using a credit card or bank debit card. It’s easy. Just follow the prompts. By clicking the “Pay Now” button, you will be connected to AKNP’s Pay Pal account. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT to complete the transaction. You are simply transferred to Pay Pal’s system so that all your personal information can be encrypted with industry-leading security tools while your payment is safely processed into AKNP’s account. Payment Through The Mail
Simply reply to our Confirmation/Invoice Email by stating that you will be mailing in your payment. Then send your cheque or money order to:

Delivery - Fine Art
Please allow three to six weeks for delivery upon our receipt of your payment and/or gift certificate. Please note that deliveries will not be sent to a P.O. Box and that AKNP is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Fine art damaged en route should be returned to AKNP immediately. As well as replacing the damaged artwork, we will refund the client’s costs for shipping the damaged artwork back to AKNP.

If while filling out the P.O. you wish to view the galleries or any other website pages, you must open a new window or you will loose the information you’ve already typed into the P.O. Minimize this P.O. page, open up Internet Explorer again, and open up AKNP again. You will then have the P.O. page available at all times in a separate window.
