Photo Paper

Prints are made on professional photo paper that is fade resistant and guaranteed to last 100+ years when cared for properly.

Gloss and matte prints are the same price. Matte refers to a semi-matte product that is a standard in the industry.

A specialty fine-art photo paper that makes the photo appear more like a painting has been designed for images 9.5″ x 14″ and up and is available at an additional $20 per print for all sizes that are available.

Artist I.D. Label & Artist’s Statement

Prints come complete with a detailed Artist I.D. Label to be placed on the back of the artwork after you or your gift recipient has had the image framed. If you are purchasing framed artwork, this label will already be affixed.

Anne King’s “Artist’s Statement” will also accompany your new artwork.

Matting & Framing

Prints are framed (measurements that follow are approximations) using 1/4″ of black matting around the image, followed by 2″ of white matting, 2-1/4″ on the bottom. Bainbridge high-quality mattes are acid free and designed to last. The matted prints are mounted on acid-free foam-core board and assembled inside a black wooden frame and behind non-glare glass. For a 6″ x 9″ print for example, the final presentation measurements would be approximately 12″ x 15″.

Applicable Taxes

Any applicable taxes are charged separately from our list prices and will be outlined in our Confirmation/Invoice Email. Taxes on your new artwork are calculated on our list prices BEFORE shipping and handling fees. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) at 8% applies to deliveries made in the province of Ontario only. The federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5% applies to deliveries made in Canada only. Prints shipped internationally are tax free.

Privacy Policy

AKNP does not share or sell personal information.

If you are paying online, all your personal information is encrypted with Pay Pal’s industry-leading security tools. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT to complete the transaction. You are simply transferred to Pay Pal’s system so that all your personal information can be encrypted with industry-leading security tools while your payment is safely processed into AKNP’s account. Delivery

Please allow three to six weeks for delivery upon our receipt of your payment and/or gift certificate. Please note that deliveries will not be sent to a P.O. Box and that AKNP is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Fine art damaged en route should be returned to AKNP immediately. As well as replacing the damaged artwork, we will refund the client’s costs for shipping the damaged artwork back to AKNP.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us undamaged within 15 calendar days of having received the artwork. AKNP will refund the purchase price, less the shipping charges. In the event of a return, you are asked to ship the artwork in its original packaging to ensure that it is not damaged en route.

Publishing An AKNP Gallery Image

If you would like to publish a gallery image, AKNP considers the editorial or commercial use of gallery images on a case-by-case basis. Only if the use in no way decreases the value of our clients’ investment in art, or conflicts with any other license in effect at the time, can the gallery image be processed as a licensed stock image for your specific use. Contact us for specific copyright approval.

Requesting A Fine-Art Print of An AKNP Stock Image

If you are looking for a very specific composition, such as a location of sentimental value to you, or a particular wildflower, simply Contact Us. We might be able to accommodate you with a fine-art print of a stock image, depending on any licenses for the stock image in effect at the time. If approved, the stock image will be processed as a gallery image for the purposes of the transaction.

There are no royalty-free images on this website. This website is owned and operated by AK Nature Photography (AKNP) and protected by copyright and other laws. Copyright protection equals investment protection for AKNP and our clients. Our online images are covertly encoded and continuously tracked over the world-wide web. You may not print, copy, or retransmit anything on this website, in any form, without being subject to AKNP’s Terms & Conditions. Your personal information is safeguarded with the same diligence.

DO NOT send us your photographs. We do not critique, publish, or sell other people’s work. Your photographs will NOT be returned to you.
